There we go. In the Donut Ghost House level, the normally unlocked Ghost House on the 2 nd world ('cuz you know there's a secret one, right?), go untill the 1 st hole in the level, run to the left, rapidly jump and press the + pad right . You will arrive in a place over the level, then keep pressing the D pad right 'til you go to a depression. Fall, if you wanna try, grab the lives on the blocks then exit.
